Online Payment Terms and Conditions – Neera Space Ltd

§ 1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) have been prepared in accordance with the following legal frameworks:

  • The Payment Services Act of 19 August 2011;
  • The Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means.

This document is available free of charge and can be downloaded, saved, reproduced, and retained using electronic systems.

It sets out the rules and procedures for making online payments via:

§ 2. Payment Service Provider

The online payment services described in these Terms are provided by:

Autopay S.A., with its registered office at ul. Powstańców Warszawy 6, 81-718 Sopot, Poland, registered in the National Register of Payment Institutions under number IP17/2013 and supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), hereinafter referred to as “Autopay”.

The user of the service (hereinafter: the “Client”) is any natural or legal person who makes use of the online payment option in accordance with these Terms.

§ 3. Terms of Service

1. Autopay enables the Client to complete a payment by generating all the necessary transaction details (account number, recipient information, payment reference, and amount), which ensure clear and unambiguous identification of each transaction (hereinafter: the “Service”).

2. The Service is provided exclusively electronically and applies only to transactions in PLN currency.

3. Available payment methods include:

  • Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro;
  • Bank transfer.

4. Payment orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday) between 08:00 and 18:00 and, in any case, no later than the end of the following business day after submission.

5. Once a payment order has been accepted by Autopay, it cannot be cancelled by the Client.

6. Refunds will be executed as follows:

  • For card payments, to the account linked to the card;
  • For bank transfers, to the Client’s bank account.

7. Payment processing begins only after a successful authorization.

8. The Service is provided free of charge.

9. Technical requirements for using the Service include:

  • Internet access;
  • A valid email address;
  • An up-to-date web browser;
  • A valid bank account.

§ 4. Complaints

1. The Client has the right to submit a complaint within 30 days from the date of the event giving rise to it.

2. Complaints may be submitted:

  • In writing (personally, by post, or courier) to Autopay’s registered office;
  • Electronically, via the form available at <a target='_blank' href='www.pomoc.autopay.pl'>www.pomoc.autopay.pl</a>;
  • By telephone at +48 58 760 48 22 (Mon–Fri 08:00–22:00, Sat 08:00–16:00);
  • In person at Autopay’s office, where a formal record will be taken (Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:00).

3. Complaints must include the Client’s details, a description of the issue, and the transaction number and date.

4. Autopay will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.

§ 5. Liability

1. Neera Space Ltd and Autopay shall not be liable for the consequences of using the Service in a manner contrary to the law, good practices, or the provisions of these Terms.

2. The Client is obliged not to input any unlawful content into the system, including any content that may breach third-party rights or public regulations.

§ 6. Personal Data

1. The data controller of personal data provided during the use of the Service is Autopay S.A., with its registered office in Sopot, Poland.

2. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on www.autopay.pl.

3. Client data is processed for the following purposes:

  • To provide and execute the Service (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • To comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
  • To secure any potential claims or disputes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to access and use the Service.

§ 7. Final Provisions

1. Use of the Service requires acceptance of these Terms, which constitutes an agreement between the Client and Autopay.

2. The agreement is valid only for the duration of the Service.

3. Clients who are consumers and enter into a distance contract have the right to withdraw within 14 days; however, this right expires once the Service has been fully executed.

4. These Terms come into force on 1 July 2025.
